The Michigan Medical Marijuana Association is dedicated to being the acknowledged state-wide leader in providing services, advocacy and information to medical marijuana patients, caregivers, health care providers and their community.

MDCH Medical Marihuana Program
The Michigan Medical Marihuana Program (MMMP) is a state registry program within the Bureau of Health Professions at the Michigan Department of Community Health. The program will administer the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act as approved by Michigan voters on November 4, 2008. The program will implement the statutory tenants of this act in such a manner that protects the public and assures the confidentiality of its participants.

Ann Arbor Medical Marijuana Patient Collective
The Ann Arbor Medical Marijuana Patient’s Collective has, since its inception, been trying to reach out to eligible patients, their caregivers and those in the majority that voted to make medical marijuana available to legally certified medical marijuana patients or caregivers who might benefit from its availability and use.

CMRC – Center for Medical Cannabis Research
The Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research (CMCR) will conduct high quality scientific studies intended to ascertain the general medical safety and efficacy of cannabis products and examine alternative forms of cannabis administration. The Center will be seen as a model resource for health policy planning by virtue of its close collaboration with federal, state, and academic entities.

MACC
The Michigan Association of Compassion Centers (MACC) is an 
organization representing the state’s citizens in defense of the 
rights provided under the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act. The MACC was 
created in response to the series of raids and legal challenges put 
forth by multiple law enforcement agencies during the months of August 
and September 2010. The Compassion Centers that have banded together 
represent seven different counties in Michigan and have a combined 
membership of over 6,000 registered patients and caregivers. The MACC 
is resolved to confront law enforcement and prosecutors who present 
their skewed interpretations of the law as fact or present false 
information to the public.

THC Foundation
The Hemp & Cannabis Foundation is working to end adult marijuana prohibition, restore industrial hemp and help medical marijuana patients. Our goal is to educate people about the medicinal, social and industrial uses for cannabis in order to restore hemp cultivation and end adult cannabis prohibition.

Marijuana as Medicine? The Science Beyond the Controversy
